Return Policy: 

As a truly customer-oriented company, we at Red Top Technology Group pride ourselves on a tradition of outstanding customer care and support. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy extends to all hardware and software purchased from Red Top Technology Group (collectively, “Product”) unless product is subject to restrictions from manufacturers, publishers, or distributors. If you decide to return product, Red Top Technology Group will assist in finding its replacement or will provide a credit against future purchases or open invoices. You are responsible for shipping product back in its original packaging unless a different accommodation was agreed upon by an authorized Red Top Technology Group representative. 

If you fail to return Product within the applicable Return Policy period or if the Product does not meet return requirements this Return Policy, the Product is considered accepted by you and not returnable.

There may be some product that are not eligible for return, and those products will be defined at time of quoting or ordering.

Hardware and Software Product Returns:

Within guidelines, hardware, accessories, peripherals, and parts may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment and in original packaging.

Often Software is considered non-returnable. Always check with your Red Top Technology Group representative if Software may be returned. Software may be returned if allowed by the manufacturer’s return policy. If the manufacturer does not allow the return of software, you may not return the software and will not receive any credit or reimbursement. 

Defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA): 

Some manufacturers require DOAs to be handled directly through them. If this applies, Red Top Technology Group will provide needed contact information for further action.

Damaged Products: 

Visibly damaged packages should be refused at the time of original delivery. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, please contact your representative or returns department to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of the damaged products. All product should remain in its original box and packaging. 

All returns must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Red Top Technology Group

Please note:

  • RMA numbers issued are valid for 30 business days only. 

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on each address label of each package being returned. DO NOT WRITE ON THE VENDOR’S BOX.

  • Incomplete returns may be returned to the sender or subject, incurring a minimum 20% restocking fee.
